I've made a new Tumblr, as a spur-of-the-moment-I-don't-want-to-go-to-bed-this-seems-slightly-interesting-and-it's-free-so-why-not thing. Tumblr is famous for its wonderful moving gif integration, as well as a simple dashboard and good social features. It's not very professional, but it works, and it works well.
Also, the palette of themes is outrageous. The service has approximately a bagillion themes for you to choose from. It's nice, especially for a Blogger user used to plain themes.
